Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The monthly subscription has no commitment and is cancelled from your account, taking effect at the end of the current period. The annual subscription runs to its term and then stops if you do not renew it.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. Your strategies, history and settings are isolated per account and are never shared, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time. How far back you can look depends on the plan: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, 1 year on Pro, no limit on Elite.
How many live accounts can I connect?
2 live assets on the Starter plan, 5 on Pro, no limit on Elite. The Free plan does not open live execution: it gives you paper trading, limited to 3 strategies.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes, that is exactly what the Free plan is for: workflow editor, backtests, resources and paper trading for up to 3 strategies, with no card details. It is funded by advertising, which every paid plan removes. Create your account on MyDeclic Finance to get started.
Do you take a commission on my gains?
No. You pay a subscription, and nothing else. What you make earns us not one euro more, and what you lose costs you no less: the price is the same either way. In any case we have no access to your brokerage account, so no way to take anything from it.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The workflow editor and the resources cover the design work: building, testing and running a strategy does not require writing code. That is true from the Free plan onwards — the paid plans only change the limits and the context provided around them.
Which brokers does the platform work with?
The desktop app connects to MetaTrader 5, cTrader, Binance and Interactive Brokers. You keep your current broker: nothing forces you to open an account elsewhere, and your credentials stay stored on your own machine.
What support is included?
Email support is open to every plan, the Free plan included, and our Discord is open to everyone. What changes from one plan to the next is the usage limits and the modules unlocked, not your access to us.
